Overall Creek ECLIPSE Information
* Eclipse curriculum has been embedded in all grades' instruction since we started school. It is a part of our K-6 STEAM units (current event).
*The glasses are certified good to go. They have not been recalled.
*Glasses will be handed out Monday morning.
* We do not have enough glasses for parents or siblings.
*If you choose to keep your child home because you are attending an educational eclipse viewing gathering, it is excused.
*Due to the longevity of the partial to full eclipse we will adjust the time of actual outside viewing based on individual grade level, dismissal time AND weather. (1:00-2:00ish)
*If a parent wishes to deny their child from watching the eclipse outside. We have staff that have volunteered to host those children in the library to watch MTSU's live stream.
*If you want to view with your child AT school, please reach out to your child's teacher (via email) for grade-level specific plans.
